14th century Pilgrimage, 14th February 2026
Weald and Downland Museum
The weather gods were certainly with us again, especially after over a month of the wet stuff, and more forecast tomorrow onwards.
Beautiful blue skies and sunshine, although it was cold, very cold.
Lots more visitor activities so different atmosphere than previous visit, although lots more visitor interaction from those who did stop.
Huge thanks to Sam M for contributing to the photos today, most appreciated.
Great turn out group wise, everyone looked great, and plenty of discussion about what was needed ie gloves, hoods, layers for future endeavours.
Very successful day, and huge thanks to all who participated and supported the 14th century.
Another in June and October, and a promise of a fire in a building in October is literally first step to having a base next year.
