Arundel Castle History Day, 30th July 2019

Weather gods decided to take a break from last week's sun and heat so showers and wind dominated the first part of the day. It didn't deter the visitors who came out in suitable clothing and along with the students from China, Japan and Russia seemed to have plenty to do and photograph. Sadly first event no dry awning and scribing in the rain proved challenging and although mightier than the sword the quill bows to water and damp paper. Many thanks to those who were able to attend and support the day. Always much appreciated.
